Thank you for your interest in a custom piece from BELDI ATTIRE. Here’s everything you need to know about how the process works:

🛍️ How to Place an Order

To place your custom order, simply send us a message on Instagram via DM (@beldiattire) with your idea, inspiration, or the type of piece you're looking for. We'll guide you through the next steps, including fabric options, measurements, and timelines.

🧵 How Custom Orders Work

Each custom piece is handmade in Morocco by skilled craftsmen using high-quality materials. As every order is tailored specifically for you, we ask for your patience as we complete your garment with care and attention to detail.

Production Timeline:
🕰️ 4–8 weeks
We always aim to complete your piece sooner, but due to the workload on our craftsmen, production stages, and fabric sourcing, we prefer to give a realistic timeframe. If it’s ready earlier, that’s a bonus — if not, we continue working carefully within the agreed timeframe.

💳 Payment & Booking

To begin your order, we require:

  • 50% deposit upfront (via direct bank transfer)

  • The remaining 50% due before shipping

Once your deposit is received, we begin sourcing fabric and preparing your custom piece.

*The final price includes international shipping costs. 

🧵 Fabric Sourcing

We always do our best to find fabric that closely matches your request. However, due to changing fabric trends and limited stock availability, fabric hunting can be hit-or-miss.

  • We will send you fabric options to approve before anything is finalised

  • We do not go ahead with production until you're happy

  • If we’re unable to find something suitable, we will refund your deposit in full

❗ Important Notes

  • Once production begins, custom orders are non-refundable, as each piece is made-to-measure and personalised

  • If you have a deadline (e.g. wedding or event), please let us know in advance so we can advise accordingly

  • You’ll receive updates and progress photos as your piece comes to life
